The room was comfortable and amazing with central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV.

really great experience there. everything was brand-new, friendly staff, favourable location so close to subway station, bus station, and restaurants in the area, and theme park. lots of goodies for breakfast. private parking on site provided. the fast check-in process too.

The beds at Ramada were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The clean and modern design of the hotel was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. I had a positive experience.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel for a family trip and I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place was fantastic as it was just a short distance away from the popular Everland theme park. I also appreciated the convenience of having multiple convenience stores nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the bathtub/shower in the room. I had a very pleasant stay here and I would definitely consider coming back if I visit this area again.

I loved the hotel's location as it was very convenient to get to all attractions. It was situated near the shuttle interchange for buses to the theme park, and the subway station and bus station were also close by. there were many restaurants within walking distance, ranging from Korean to Western cuisine. The hotel staff understood English quite well, making communication comfortable. Finally, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The Christmas lights outside the hotel were beautiful and really put us in the holiday spirit. the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch too. the location was great, close to popular attractions and restaurants.

Sadly, the room itself wasn't as great as the lobby. the thermostat didn't seem to work properly and we were either freezing or overheated the entire time.

Located conveniently near all attractions, this hotel was a great pick for us as low-budget travellers. the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed our stay there. the room was excellently equipped for our stay, with a bathtub and shower, and everything was cleaned regularly. the shuttle bus to and from the resort was a big bonus, and the subway station was nearby. There was a selection of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

The hotel could have improved its in-room dining options who didn't want to explore outside.

The hotel is conveniently located near Everland and Caribbean Bay, providing a shuttle bus service to both attractions. The subway station, bus stop, and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance. The room we stayed in had a great view of the surrounding hills.

The shower/bathtub combination was odd and messy. The shower curtain and rod were on the floor when we arrived, making it difficult to keep water inside the tub when showering.
